Every day we consume foods in order to provide energy for the metabolic processes that control and regulate our body functions. Eating healthy is very important for this reason. Please find a food label of a food that you ate sometime in the past week. Tell us what the food is and in your discussion, please write down the nutrition content of the food label. Is the food that you consumed healthy based on the nutrition content? Why or why not?
Food is a basic need of human and that too should be nutritional. A normal adult requires 2000 calories daily from their food and it should contain protein, fat, sugar, carbohydrates and other minerals. Last week I ate a food called soya chunks. It was a nutritional food as we can see from the nutrition label.
