Some people like to speak more than the listen. Describe why this may not be a good trait to have and cite examples.

Listening to other others make them feel that the listener understands what they are talking about. Listening is half of a successful conversation. You take turns to talk and everyone feels heard .This is a great conversation. For example while talking with a frustrated employee give him the chance to talk more which helps him to express feelings and after he feels they you understood his feelings .talk you him it will have a great effect on him. Then only the conversation becomes ftuitful. Simply giving advices make it a one way communication.
