Obesity in children is a main problem we are facing in this society. Lack of physical activity and un-healthy food habits leads to obesity. Childhood obesity causes more diseases.  Lifestyle has changing very fastly. Playing console games and watching television have reduced physical activity and participation of  sports. This cause overweight and television viewing hours as part of our lifestyle. However, we can not avoid television, computer, mobile phones in our lifestyles. Now comes the importance of physical activity. Primary-school-based physical activity promotes healthy lifestyle.

To ensure the physical activity and education safely. Standard precautions and safety measures minimize the  potential risk to students. School management have to make sure all the equipment are safe, regularly inspected, repaired and maintained. This will reduce the risk factors. Teachers have the recommended qualifications and experience in physical education.

Quality of physical Education highlighted the concerns of effective development in curriculum, instruction, assessment, learning time and the improvement of supporting aspects, such as facilities, faculties, and resources. Well educated and well behavior teachers can provide good quality of out comes.
