1) Business plan is a complete planned out guide for an organization containing the merits, risks, and potential rewards.

It is prepared for two groups: the entrepreneurs and the potential investors. It is prepared because without it the proper execution is not possible and also for getting funds we need to show the business plant. Without demonstrating the opportunity and the outline of the business, its difficult to raise capitals.
