Answer #1

Who is communicating to whom about what, how, and why? What was the goal of the communication in each case?

A situation could be analysed about a manager who wants to convey a message regarding the holiday on coming Friday because of some technical construction in the office. The manager would like this information to be communicated with the employees working below him and thus he would communicate to them regarding the holiday on the coming friday ie 5 June 2020 using the communication medium of Email. He would send a clear short email addressing the employee stating that there is a holiday on Friday because of the techical construction in the organisation, thus the computers won't be working that day making it a holiday for all the employees. This message would effectively be communicated to all of the employees on the email basis where the manager's number would be mentioned below for any query or problem regarding the same issue. The main goal of the communication was to inform everyone regarding the uncertain holiday coming up and make them aware about the organisation being closed for the employees on 5 June 2020, Friday.
