Yes, attorneys should be allowed to enter into contingency agreements with their clients. As, entering into contingency agreements is permitted by the court of law. Moreover, it opens door for every client & cases that are needed to be heard & deserve justice. The winning awards can be shared between the attorney and plaintiff as decided before the proceedings. But Justice is something, that's bigger than an attorney or his upfront fees.
