Community capacity by Labonte and laverack increases the ability of community workers to define, analyze, assess and act towards others with concerns. its focuses on particular groups and individual with concern to overcome the barrier. It empowers the community empowerment process by helping to manage the people and community as a group with more interest and concern. Community capacity reflects on community empowerment by an increase in control over their community it helps to evaluate people in the community by involving with concern, analyses to solve their issues effectively. It fosters a self-sustaining health care system. It empowers community leadership and teamwork providing high-quality care and address public health issues and barriers.
Empowerment involves the transactional work process for particular community involvement in health promotion intervention, includes observation, analysis, interview, data gathering and its power the community with responsibility for their own health promotion intervention action. It increases responsibility and ownership to gain over control of their lives. it makes the community involved in participation and engagement and aims for social, cultural, economic determination by having a partnership with others and find the solutions.
