Answer #1

Nurses should interact with patients, whose complaints are not necessarily diagnosed or vague by taking the history, doing the physical assessment: Neurological Assessment, Respiratory System assessment, Cardiovascular System, Gastrointestinal System, and Genital-Urinary System. After physical assessment overall assessment should be performed; general Appearance, facial Appearance, posture, motor, general behavior, Intellectual Functioning, and assessment of communication skills must also be done. This will lead to a diagnosis of the reason behind the vagueness and hence correct intervention.
