Answer #1

ANS.1 Power posing basically is a self improvement technique in which people stand in a posture in which they feel good and behave more actively. I am a high power pose person as high power posing produces significant and immediate changes in your body's chemistry, in a high power pose our testosterone levels increases which causes dominance. It also cause your cortisol levels to fall, which can lead to a drop in stress less.

ANS.2 Our bodies change our minds, and our minds can change our behaviour and our behaviour can change our outcomes, when we feel powerful our bodies expand, we through our arms in air and lift our heads high, by standing strong with your back straight and your hands on hips you can be your boldest self, and our mind change our behavour for an example, if we don't get a good sleep the next morning our mood will not be good and it will change our behavious will our office collegues and with all people who come in our touch on that perticular day.

Ans 3 i) Tone of Voice ii) Lack of eye contact , others they perceive these actions as not acceptable, we evaluate these conciously and uncounciously, such as facial expression, head and hand or other body parts or movement,Non verbal actions can be intentionally or unintentionally depends upon the situation.

Ans 4 Non verbal behaviors are very much powerfull as they help us to demonstrate our leadership qualities and it can be seen in the actions, in your body language, how much you are interested in performing any given task, how your body language is in office or in office party while we interact with our collegues and our line manager or any leadership in any perticular organization depends wholly on our Non Verbal Behavior, and these actions and steps lead you to become a leader who can lead a whole team and organization can depend on you.

Ans 5 One way in which you need to adapt your non verbal behavior in order to become a more effective personal leader is interaction, basically social interactions such as with subordinates , non verbal cues are important way of social interaction. Non verbal communication is such as body movements, gesture, postures, facial expression, tone of voice, pace,so these factors play a important role in order to be more effective as a personal leader.
