If I get shocked really bad and it launches me 20 feet horizontally with no y axis motion how many amps shot through me if I weigh 46.2 lbs on the moon.

As the movement of the person is only horizontal and there is no vertical movement, the movement or displacement in horizontal direction is independent of the acceleration due to gravity that is g. Therefore the value of current shock remains the same at moon irrespective of the weight because there is no vertical movement.
