One of the favorite topic in Med surg 1 can be with Gastrointestinal system. Food is the basic need of all living being but the entire digestive process is unaware till a person falls sick.This topic clearly describes about the normal function, disease and its management.

The lifestyle modification learnt from this topic is to eat a well balanced diet. Avoid unhealthy fast foods, preservatives, artificial additives, coloring, etc., in food .Try to stick with natural foods.
