According to me, the unions are beneficial for the workers, as with the help of unions they can fulfill their necessary demands which were not earlier approved by management. Without unions, we still would be working 12 hours a day, without being paid for overtime, no holidays etc.
With the help of unions, there can be a negotiation between management and workers, which a normal/ single worker couldn't alone do. They are the reasonable system of regulations and which can go away the capitalism.
Due to unions workers are paid reasonable and they become more efficient as there work is now appreciated.
The unions are a great tool to ensure that workers are fairly treated and are safe.
