I am a person who feels great to work with a volunteer team who is willing to learn more and put more effort to achieve the goals. In my opinion the work will enhance or develop us as a person and help us to feel better about ourselves. I enjoy the social element of working, meeting, and bonding with other volunteers who are like-minded. It gives me a feeling of the part of a community and a sense of personal satisfaction for contributing towards the common cause. Moreover the social reasons also motivates me to be a part of the volunteer team as I want to connect to wish to share network with people who share common targets.
