a type of learning in which behavior is strengthened it followed by a reinforcer or diminished followed by a punishment.
I have a live experience of my sister itself . When she gets full marks my mom gave her a gift mostly chocolates and she uses it as a positive reinforcement as studies well for other exams and does her best . And when she gets bad marks she is not given any chocolate . This makes her sad , she takes it aslo as a positive reinforcement only and thinks that she must have worked hard so that she have scored good percentage . Positive reinforcement is the type of conditioning used here .
