if you overspent on building or renovating a stadium, what can you do after the fact to minimize the damage d ok ne by the bad deal?

If i have over spent on building a stadium i would do any of the below following :

Sell the stadium at a profit (after considering the cost of renovation) and reinvest in a better deal
Rent/Let out a part of the stadium or whole stadium in non-operational hours/time which is un-productive for me.
Utilize the stadium to earn maximum benefits by giving it on rent for football/cricket matches for night time
Use it for letting out to shows/organizers and events
Increase the rentals which is being charged to existing clients for better margins
