The strength that impact one's role of Medical Assistant in Administration are having a Good communication skill, attitude that welcome and greet the daily meeting patients, good approach to the medical professionals and having well knowledge to maintain the data that are received from the patient and doctors. These kind of strength will surely impact their working ability and the performance. Most of their administrative role as a medical assistant depends on their communicating skills because they need to speak to the patient as well as they need to maintain good conversation with the doctors.

On the other hand, If a Medical assistant in the administration had a certain weakness such as poor in observing the client information, any physical or personal problems, Poor in maintaining data files, Communication barrier will tremendously affect their role. If they had a weakness in uploading the medical coding or any other data, it will slow down the whole department data maintaining process. If they do not know how to have a proper communication while attending phone calls, or while speaking with the higher officials it will impact their role absolutely.
