Answer: Due to difference in the culture as well as tradition, most of the patient speaks and understand different language . Hence this causes communication barriers. The two challenges that might be occured while interacting with this patient are:

• It increases challenge of ethical approach.
• Interpretation, explanations of the procedure to the patient will be difficult.

These challenges can be overcome by:

• Appointing translator, who can easily translate the conversation between the EKG and patient.
• Providing cultural competence environment to the patient, this will makes patient to feel comfortable while interacting.
