1. I'll document the disliked coworker's bad behavior.
2. I'll identify whether i am actually the problem like i have done something which is seen wrong towards coworker.
3. I'll try to learn about coworker so that i can understand him more closely and help in solving the problem.
4. I'll tey to be an adult in front of patient's and try to calm myself if my coworker try to contradicts my opinion and try to meet the patient again to understand the situation.
