This quote suggest that what we will eat will effect our body systems. People eating healthy foods which includes proteins, fibres as well as vitamins keeps them more healthy and fit. They are less prone to the diseases.

One of the survey it has been found that most of the population of America is suffering from diabetes or prone to the diabetes. Due to excessive busy schedule, people are unable to concentrate on their foods and Healthy lifestyle. They regularly consumes junk and fast foods which leads to the consumption of more carbohydrates which indirectly converts into sugar.

These are the reasons which make people more at risk for cardiovascular disease. They also didn't get much time to include physical activities which also increases the rise in obesity.

Mostly women population of America are major risk because they are obese or over weight which is not good for them. In a survey of national health it is found that in 2025 there will be high population of diabetic patients.
