Huddle is a technique which can be used in any industry or company where a team works together. It is highly applicable in health care industry too. In non medical organizations, it can be used in IT companies or any business firms. Even in sports sector it is used for sharing the vision and techniques to win the game.
I recommend huddle to be used in health care industry , because health care team is one of the major team handles with life of the people. It requires a lot of planning, implementation, communication, collaboration, clarity and unity.
The main purposes of having a huddle in the work environment are as follows:
1. It helps in communicating the vision of the team leader and also the members of the team can share their works done.
2. It helps to have more clarity about the work to be done as all the members are sitting together and sharing the minute details too.
3. It's a quick review which helps to coordinate and collaborate the work of each members.
