describe the alternative growth options available to mcdonalds in the global environment. Which would you recommend and why?

American Greetings is one such business unit that is functional within the territories inside the United States only; there are many other greeting card vendors like Archie’s, Hallmark, etc. but they took a bold step to globalize & they moved out their home country to expand the business to many other nations of the world. I will suggest a similar step to American Greetings i.e. to move out of the peripheries of their home country so that they can establish a global identity for themselves. Few other advantages of going global could be catering to a diverse clientele which might add to the profits of the organization, promotion of positive aspects of American Culture across the globe, etc.
