Health care system is the organisation of people, institution, and resources that deliver health care services to meet the health needs of the target population .

Health Care Systems are evaluated on the basis of three criteria :-

-Quality of health care

-Equity of health care

-Efficiency of health care

The two drivers of high performance healthcare systems are:-

- Quality of health care services

- Efficiency

Applying these two drivers into the current working situation. I am presently working in a primary health center in Ballabgarh .Here, the basic resources needed for the provision of healthcare services is not available . Due to which the quality of services is not upto the mark and people are not satisfied by the services . To resolve this issue , the healthcare center should be provided with the essential services and properly funded by the government. The healthcare center . Due to the decreased revenue and reputation ,the administration decided to write an application to the ministry for help and to improve their current status . After successful auditing by the ministry persons , help was rendered to the health center by proper supply of resources and funds . Along with the provision of funds and resources , policies and programs were implemented for the proper functioning of the healthcare system . After the well flow supply of the resources ,funds and strict following of the policies and programs helped to provide a patient centered quality care to the population which is accessible and affordable .
