1) It is very important to exclude the restrictions for the cancer patients to get access to the opiate medications. These opiate medications can greatly help the cancer patients to get relieve from the cancer pain.

Effectiveness:
we can bring out a plan such as the cancer patients have an unique ID specifically for the respective patient in which it should have some code through which the pharmacist or the person in the medical stores can make a call.
which connects with the respective patients hospital and confirms that he is a cancer patient and can be given opiate drugs without any prescription there after.

Reach:
a public announcement, leaflet distribution, television advertisement andsocial media messages by popular actor or actress regarding the availability of the opiate drugs for the cancer patients at many places which is very easily to reach out.

Feasibility and sustainability:
specially for cancer patients the opiate drugs can be given to the nearby pharmacy at least with the distance of 2 kilometres within the patient surrounding.
we should make sure that there are more number of pharmacies for especially for the cancer patient. should be there should be at least one pharmacy at a distance of 2 kilometres each.
we can also make the opiate drugs available at the sub centres PHC and the community health care and to the government General Hospital are the private clinics also, that too free of cost.

Transferability:
we should make sure that the drugs are transferred to the particular Healthcare system before the stock of opiate drugs stocks out.
