ANS (a) - foods that rich in folate are

Legumes

Green leafy vegetables

Seeds and nuts

Broccoli... Etc

ANS (b) - A pregnant lady have concern about unhealthy due to gaining weight of 25 pound in her pregnancy period.

This is not the right each and every woman who is healthy means having BMI around 19-24.9 is considered healthy and they all are allowed to gain weight approx 25 pounds or 11 to 12 kg in her pregnancy period because it is necessary for her healthy foetus.

ANS (c) - breastfeeding can not be replaced by any other food or formula milk because infant or neonate need is fully full fill by breastfeed.

Breastmilk have all containts according to baby needs like carbohydrate, protein and fat along with vitamins, antibody and minerals.

Breast milk prevents baby getting disease by bacteria and viruses or also from DM....etc

Breast milk is easily digestable and money saver and improves bonding between mother and child.

ANS (d) - weaning can be start after 6 months of age of baby because iron stored in liver of baby is getting empty and another main cause is to establish nutritional need of baby.

And in starting of weaning we can not give solid food to child.

Weaning is started with soft and easily digestable food like messed banana, potato, dal... Etc
