Answer: The choice of food or the daily consumption of food depends upon the availability of the food to the particular region. People who lives in deserted areas can not be dependent on the vegetables. So, the choice of food is depend upon the area we live.
Although people are not influenced with the choice of food as because my diet is consists of nutrients and people are unaware of the healthy diets. They have negative influence as they don't properly know about the nutritional facts.
But a diet or food that contains healthy foods and provides all the nutrients is necessary for a healthy living and diseased free condition. To minimise the negative influences, it is necessary to make people aware of the healthy diet and nutritional value. So that they may be also able to adopt healthy diet and can stay fit.
