The murmur is called Inocent Vibratory murmur or Still's murmur, most common during childhood and disappear with time. It is of low to medium pitch and occurs in early systole. It has hormic or musical characteristic and show intensity in mild fibrile conditions during child hood.

It is usually of grade 3 intensity but can range 1—3.
