This pay for care and performance has brought a good welcome by the population but the healthcare provider are facing difficulty in the income they receive.This has greatly reduced the number of unnecessary expenses spent on health care expenditures.
There is a drawback when new physician take charge ,they are not the first or the preferred choice of provider by the patients as a concern of experience in handling a patient.The performance track record, though is a better way by the organizations to expose their best practitioner, the growing providers may not be able to make a name in the list and thus concerning the career.This records can give the list of doctors,the doctors who stand first are in high demand.This may ultimately lead to more number of patients ,increase in income along with stress,time consuming, increase in workload to attend all.There are also chances the doctor may not be able to attend all the cases leading to increase in the number of waiting list.The doctor's whose name is listed last will not be able to gain anything ,or it may take years to gain a position.In this scenario their career becomes a query.
