1.One of the spiritual gift is the fear of Lord.The obstetric and gynaecology department will certainly make one feel this spirit.There is just two ends one a new life(mother or new born ) or end of a new life (mother or new born) after birth.Simply termed to be child Burt or labor. This creates a thought that how big one may have achieved in the world shoukd have a fear to Lord to taste the success
2.This gift makes one self realize that work should be dedicative.There should be a thinking that anything can happen unexpectedly or against nature.The pregnancy journey the mother goes through 280 days comes to an end at labor. Here plays the spiritual gift knowledge,in making the child birth smooth and easy for an women and making her feel the wholeness by giving her baby in the hand.It is a mixture of knowledge, skills and expertise. This gift makes one realize a success lies behind hope,hard work ,belief in the almighty .It is the wish of a super power for the birth of a new life in this world.It can give one self actualization and self-realization.
3.The clinical area is one which is always challenging because of the newer cases which we come across daily .Every cases are different and unique. The changes in the healthcare sector makes one realize and understand that to be at the top professional list one should have up-to-date knowledge on the subject and the dedication to the work they perform.Nurses can feel this in every delivery they conduct.The care doesn't end here rather the care of other nurses starts in caring the baby and the mother and making her strong enough to face this world with her new born.
