Long term goals requires life time learning whereas mid term goals is to attain better knowledge to reach a particular healthcare profession.

To be successful in any career it is necessary to have dedication of learning new things, have ability to think in critical condition as well as have good communication skills. Healthcare profession is a life long learning process where each and every work enables us to experience more about the new things, treatment as well as care. The main aim of this profession is to provide quality of care to the patients. So for this many things are need to be applied in the profession such as evidence based practice, cultural competence, sound knowledge regarding the treatment etc.
