Ans) In America is is very important to reduce the usage of drugs and as an American President i am trying to provide various kinds of methods to do this...

-- Make a treatment scheme that gives a continuity of care: in making this particular plan the doctor must identify that treatment sometimes happens in various settings in the coming time and that much of the recuperation procedures typically happens outside or during treatment.

-- Selecting a Multi-problem view point: The persons with the Co-occurring disorders or COD mainly have a formation of mental wellness, substance abuse and some of the social issues.And these kind of peoples required the proper and considerable rehabilitation and habilitation(primary learning).And in this case the treatment must result in a long term requirement for healthcare, work and housing.So we can say that this program must be inclusive to face the multidimensional issues of patients with the COD.

-- Make a phased attitude to treatment: Many of the doctors view their patients as developing through the phases.Mainly there are 3-5 type of phases which is known and which are engagement, stabilization ,treatment and continuing care.

-- Reintegration with relatives and other known population:The patient with the COD who victoriously finishes treatment should go through the frailty of healing, the poisons of the past surroundings and the refusal effect of preceding connections who may sometimes push for the drug usage.So due to that there is a requirement of having different activities to make a change in this.So it is very mandatory to get the support from their relatives and from other important peoples and this support can make a great development in the behavior of the patients.

So all these above methods can really make reductions in the usage of drugs in the people's of any age.
