At the Federal level, it is still a crime to use marijuana or sell marijuana https://criminal.findlaw.com/criminal-charges/federal-marijuana-laws.html . This means that one could be charged with a federal crime even if the state allows the use of marijuana. Given the current political climate, is the Federal government might consider changing that law to one that is more compatible with what is being done in states?
