Police misconduct:- I Misconduct includes the using of their power over people illegally. Police misconduct often includes tampering of evidence, brutality, corruption, false agrest, intimidation. Several thousand cases of police misconduct is covered and never seen a day light. Several sexual assault case files go missing or they are shielded from public view. . They are rarely indicated for misconduct because the investigation is done by the state Taw division which in other words is cocplained as self governance - police serving police itself. The evidence collection is difficult because the witness of the scene of crime is their partner and sometimes there will be no other witness to give evidence for the event: Poosecutors works for the state law in tuon they have relationship belween the officers which will be in the favour of the officers. Investigation is also done by the police detectives.
