False, not eating carbohydrates is not best way to losing weight whereas it is important for maintainig a healthy weight. carbohydrates is the primary source of energy. we can survive without carb by acquiring energy from proteins and fats. it increases the need for including the nutritional supplement. fibre is very much needed for the body for maintaining healthy gut and reducing cholesterol levels, lowers the risk of cardio vascular disease, diabetes and bowel cancer. the survival without carbohydrate is possible but cutting out entirely is not good for health. replacing carbs with fats such as saturated fat could increase the blood cholesterol level ultimately lead to heart disease
