In this nucleic acid sequence is determined. In which nitrogeneous bases are determined.

It tells if there is any disturbance in base pairing., which can lead to anomalies.

Identify change in gene , chromosomes , can detect a genetic defect, wwhich can pass on genetic disorder

Helps in determining, how different ggenes, interact with each other.

In many suspected cases, like in crime scene, can help to identify the culprit, etc

2) nutrigenomic testing - helps in evaluation of different genetic marker which form a comprehensive report of findings. , along with recommendation to each individual, to maintain desired fitness .

Legal consideration - there is some legal consideration of nutrigenomic testing. It is basically advised to such person who feels that they suffer from disorder like Alzheimer's, diabetes, etc basically it test what's individual diet affect it's genetic makeup. Today people have lot of craze about nutrigenomic testing but it shouldn't be performed in every individual, it is costly so not advisable. If necessary then should be performed.

Validity, interpretation and accuracy -

These are some important criteria for nutrigenomic testing. Validity is basically good. A survey report in USA, showed it's validity more than 50% -90%. There can be misinterpretations in result, so it should be performed carefully. While accuracy is not so much good some test are not certified, not it is not 100% valid. But if it is certified then it's chances are high.
