1) Exome is the part of genome having only exons and not introns. This exome is responsible for protein amino acid acid sequence and coded for protein.

2) Alternative splicing is important as because of this many product proteins are formed from a single mRNA , thus having alternate products. This results in increased no. Of and diverse protein products from less number of genes.

3) A protein is a product of joining together and getting final quaternary structure to the 2 or more polypeptide chains and forming an enzyme or any other protein.

Whereas peptides are short chains of amino acids joined together with help of peptide bonds

4) A bond between 2 amino acids formed by removal of a water molecule.

This bond is formed between NH4+ group of ok ne amino acid and -COOH group of other.

This forming CO-NH peptide bond by removal of water.

5)primary structure - the sequence of amino acids

Secondary- the folding of polypeptide chains in alpha helix or beta pleated.

Tertiary - is arrangement of these chains and further folding in globose or other shapes.

Quaternary- coming together and bonding of tertiary structures of 2-3 peptide chains. Thus , finally forming a protein and giving final shape.
