Assume you are assigned the job of facilitating the end of an identity-based conflict between two people. Post how would you break through the identity issues to get the parties to talk with each other?
Post why you think that technology is accompanied by crisis.
Too often, one fails to discuss or present controversial issues or negative patient events in the healthcare workplace. This is done to "keep the peace" or "maintain the status quo" or even because we fear speaking up may cost us our job. Identify at least 3 times you would have liked to share an idea or information but did not for fear of a negative reaction. Hypothesize what might have happened if you'd spoken up. In retrospect, do you wish you'd spoken up or are you happy you remained silent?
Present your examples and analysis in a short paper. If you are or have worked in healthcare, please choose healthcare related examples. If you've not worked in healthcare, choose examples from your industry.
# In an organisation , fights are common but ending the fight is the most crucial thing to be given importance and priority. Some of the causes of the fight in an organisation is lack of communication , misunderstanding , reputation factors ,misconduct etc. Finding the cause behind the fight is very important to solve the issue between the workers. In this case the staffs had a fight related to identity and I need to solve this . I would first chose to know the cause of the fight by having a separate meeting with two of the staffs personally. After listening ,them I will make an ethical judgement about who is wrong and will encourage them to give their suggestions if they feel my judgement is biased and further an analysis will be done . Making them understand the real cause of the problem is the real task because it is the factor which lead them to fight with each other and here it is the identity issue . I will make them understand that identity is made by themselves by their actions , perspectives and conducts ,not made by others ,if you fight ,your image will go down itself ,you don't need to work on it . If you work cooperatively and with understanding each other then there won't be any issues like this . Hence the issue will be sorted out .
# Not only technology , everything is accompanied by crisis situation based on its utilization . Same way technology is also accompanied by crisis because of its large scale utilization . Technology is the core element which is helping the whole world to develop and progress . Today , technology is the main thing which people want after having their physiological needs , everyone is dependent on it because of its huge benefits but it does not mean that there are no drawbacks about technology . One of the drawbacks is crisis , crisis due to its over usage because of its needs.
# Three times when I would have liked to share an information but didn't due to fear of a negative reaction are :-
- When I was working in the ICU , one day in my night shift I saw one of my seniors staff slapping the patient because he was not sleeping as he was a psychiatric patient . This was an annoying experience for me and I asked my senior why are you slapping the patient ,she just shouted on me and told you are junior so shut up ,I will complaint this to the incharge that you questioned me and then you will be punished for this . That was my initial days of new joining ,I don't wanted to lose my job so ,I kept silent .
- Second incidence was again in ICU , the patient who was posted to me complained that he was not given any medicines but I saw in the nurses notes that it's marked as given .The patient asked me to give the medicines but I said I won't because it will lead to double dosage and told to him that let me confirm it first . I told about the situation to my incharge ,then the incharge came and checked and reversed the matter to me itself that last the same patient was posted to me from that time the medicine is not given . It was shocking for me ,I said that I have given the medicines ,even the patient said but the incharge was not listening to it and told me to write the explanation letter . Then onwards I decided not to tell anything what ever happens I don't know anything .
- Again one day , I saw that the staffs are eating the foods that were brought for the patient's ,means if the patient don't want to eat and it's not open ,the staffs take it and eat and also about the taking cotton ,hand wash ,dettol and other items to home . I just kept my mouth shut ,did my duty and come home .
# If I had complained about this to the higher authorities above the incharge ,the ANS and DNS , they might have submerged the complaints underneath and punished me ,even threatened job because they were ruling there own world there .
I wanted to spoke up and I was doing it from initial moment but they were shutting up , one day I spoked everything again line by line and wrote a resignation letter that too in 24 hours without giving them any intimation as I was selected in another organisation and then also they don't leave me they put me in panindia fortis list for giving 24hour resignation without notice so that in future no fortis group hospital in any state take me as a staff and also my salary and pf were not given for that month . It's very difficult to work in a private sector ,it's like we are their slaves ,make them work as slaves and don't give the salary according to the work done .

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
