Rewarding stimuli drives learned behaviours which could or could not be sensitive to outcome values that they proceed to and these behaviours would be goal-directed. But behaviours that are not sensitive to outcome value is named as habits. Both these difference in behaviours depicts two types of learning, which is called as model free & model based. Updation and storage of the values is included in the model free type in a simple manner. In the model based type, it includes the construction & caching of internal representation of incidents which permits an organised conclusion & a prediction that is flexible.
