One of the most important challenges someone from human service division such as nursing, counseling, social work etc. would face is to persuade the person to accept the service for the person’s betterment. Creating trust and using that trust to serve the clients effectively would be the most important challenges that needs to be tackled. People normally don’t trust someone who they do not know but as the counselor or nurse become close and make the client realize that they trying to work for them in order to make their lives better, they would start cooperating with them.
