Answer #1

Growth kinetics is the explanation of the growth rate of a microbes and also its substrate concentration. The growth  kinetics of the death of Bacillus spores are suspended in phosphate buffer that can has a temperature range from   127.2 to 143.8 C and can also exposure that achieved with the help  of a tubular flow reactor that contain  suspension of a spores that are injected into a hot flowing stream at the starting entrance of the reactor. After the flow from a fixed length of the reactor the suspension of the hot stream was considered ,as the stream contains  the spores then it can be  cooled by vaporization. Here the death rate will be fitted by logarithmic expression than can approximated by exposure and the death rate can be  obtained from the portion were growth was found to correlate by Arrhenius.

In most of the cases the  processed food is based on ultra high temperature which can undergo the  sterilization with a subsequent delivery that has a  rapid sealing and as the spore forming bacilli that present on equipment surface, the material cause spoilage of the  decontamination of the packing material is very much essential in order to prevent spoilage. The death time curves can be founded and the activation of energy that can be frequently constant in relationship fit of the data. The standard changes for Absolute Reaction Rate Theory relationship data can be found respectively.
