Angela Duckworth, Carol Dweck, and Rita Milstein, all psychologists had done great work to understand the capability, level, and area of a particular mindset.

The work of these psychologists shares some mutual understanding towards psychological behavior, mindset and area of learning and responding.

They worked for some common words of social life but the factors behind them extremely critical and difficult to understand. Angela Duckworth and Carol Dweck proposed the theory of success. These psychologists wrote about two similar theories that may account for this rate of success.

The idea of having grit and mindset is appealing to the majority of the public for many reasons. According to Dweck, and to an even great extant Duckworth, efforts come above talent no matter what.

The ideas about success, the rate of success and effects of efforts to increase the rate of success, was a mutual idea of these three scientists.
