1). CMRR stands for common mode rejection ratio and defined by ratio of differential gain to common mode gain.

As the omplifier designed to amplify the differential signal not common mode signal.

Higher the value better the CMRR and Worst case CMRR value is ~70dB.

2).The CMRR Value is dependent on the tail current source and mismatch between the differential pair.

Higher the value better the CMRR and Worst case CMRR value is ~70dB. and Which is also application dependent.
