The future of the work is leaning towards the heavy use of technology for automation and in this sense, we have to acquire the skills necessary in order to realize our own position and value in the system and the benefits it can create for us. There is a demand for technologically savvy individuals, therefore, we have to be able to learn to operate technology, learn programming, operating systems and other such relevant fields in order to maintain our edge.
For the learning, we can make use of VR and AR technologies and the benefits it provide. In the field of healthcare especially, we can see that medical colleges are already making the use of such technology to train their students in the art of surgery. We can, however, utilize this technology in any aspect of work requirement be it technology, manufacturing and even process automation and testing. We can train individuals by creating online courses as well as supplementing it with the use of virtual reality.
