A company is experiencing computer problems. They assign you and a partner to find and fix the issue. You and your partner have tried several approaches, but nothing is working, and the problem is taking a lot longer than you had anticipated. Company supervisors will start calling soon to ask about progress, and you and your partner are feeling frustrated.

How would you handle this situation in a professional environment as a Hardware Technician? Please list some of the responses you might give to a company supervisor who is asking about the progress you have made?

1. In such situation i would try to explain supervisor about the real problem and its deepness 2. I would try to convience him that we are trying best solution possbile to solve the issue .In short gain his trust will 3. And because my partner is feeling frustrated i would make him comfortable and relax in that situation and would ask him to be quite so that he dont do any communication mistake. 4.. And if we are not able to find the right solution but its software related problem then ,i would tell him we have almost solved the issue but we need permission and need to reset security passwords again .your systems has got high security from core company which has manufactured it and we need their coordination so we need some time. so that in that time we can take help from our senior team members 4. And if it related to hardware problem and if we are unable to solve we will telL them there might be problem in wiring or motherboard so we need to take it to our place because we dont have all tools needed for repair / maintainence
