It is true that the best customer support is none. Amazon has the vision to provide service to that level that there should not be a need for customer support is zero or almost next to none. Also, Amazon seeks to provide its customers with excellent self-service. Amazon is planning that Its information systems enable customers to perform the self-support task at itself at a convenient level
