Answer: 7

Explanation: At a pH below their isoelectric point (pI) or net charge, proteins carry a net positive charge and conversely, At a pH above their pI they carry a net negative charge. as per the question protein carry a net negative charge. So the protein containing solution have to be 7 to become it neutral.
