PRICE ELASTIC OF DEMAND FOR GAS.

The formula is = % change in the quantity / %change in price.

GAS PRICE INCREASE BY 25%

AND

GASOLINE DECREASE BY 5%.

= 5% / 25%

= 0.2 is the answer.
