Earned value = Expected cost * %age complete = 2.5 * 100% + 85%*12.3 + 65%*8.5 = 18.48 Mil

Planned value = Expected cost * Expected %age complete = 2.5 * 100% + 90%*12.3 + 80%*8.5 =20.37 Mil

Schedule Variance =Earned Value – Planned Value = 18.48 - 20.37 = -1.89 M

SPI = EV / PV = 18.48 / 20.37 = 0.90

Actual cost = 1.7+ 10.5 + 7.5 = 19.7 M

Cost peromance =EV/ AC = 18.48 / 19.7 = 0.95
