Chase Strategy

This is the production strategy in which Firm produces only exaclty equivalent to demand.

It has approx no inventory cost, no holding cost and no shortage

Level Strategy

Whereas, In level strategy, Firm produces a constant amount each period.

It involves stable workforce, no hiring/firing and no overtime

It has high inventory cost

Given the definition and excat process involved 4th option looks more appropriate.
