Primary structure of protein as well as secondary, tertiary and quarternary are made of covalent bond. Primary and secondary structure of protein are made of hydrogen bonds namely peptide bonds. Tertiary structure and quarternary structure is made of covalent bonds, hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds, and Van Der Waals interactions.
