EXPLANATION:

I would like to lead a highly motivated and top-performing team of five to ten in my place of work for five years. I've learned in schools and at work that leadership is usually ready to learn. For example, a five years old person may be a better leader than a 7 years old person. All ends up in the affinity to learn. Read about the team, know the job and the strengths, shortcomings and overall goals of the team.

A leader will experience many learning and unlearning cycles in my vision before it is fully successful. Another important thing I understood was the leader's success, not just by his ability to execute or his intellectual quotient.Having this in mind, I want to know about leadership in many stages. Perhaps it's a good place to start by managing small teams, making errors and bettering them. While I continue to learn more about my job, history and the world, though information on a company's goods and processes comes with time.

Ultimately, after 3 to 5 years I want to inspire my team, consider their problems, offer solutions to their problems and maintain a high degree of moral standards. Nonetheless, I don't want to avoid learning and I know my team members will have plenty to teach me as well. It will not only allow me to improve but will also make my team members perform better with higher values. I believe that team success also resides over individual performance.

Strong leaders need to realize that they lead a group of people who either become their followers or just as ordered. Nonetheless, leaders will make sure that citizens collaborate entirely. Any leader who wishes to do something by order and not negotiations won't stand up for Long. A good leader needs to first hear from inside and then make sure he has agreements with the community, and has partners who have common interests and recognize and direct the evolving nature of the Organization and industry.

Leadership, not just directions, always requires devotion and goodness. Such characteristics should be embodied by a good leader and maintained in the long term. You have to recognize that guiding others are an art by themselves because you need to consider how you need to lead and work in an partnership manner and they define and agree on the shared goals and objectives and then work together to achieve the same compassion as you do in self-leading.
